What would your role at Navi look like?

● Lead business operations and governance of a 80-100 member team, focused on debt management for
the Navi portfolio
● Responsible for hitting the topline and bottom-line targets
● Build team, processes and metrics which are consistent and scalable
● Drive strategic initiatives through effective problem solving and decision-making
● Conduct in-depth root cause analysis & use data to identify value unlock opportunities in business metrics
● Work closely with and drive cross-functional stakeholders for operational / strategic purposes
● Come up with Operations design strategies and lead experiments for step jump improvements

Key Skills Required :
● Consistent high achievement in academics and work (top 0.1%) with experience of up to 4 Years
● Experience of working in strategic business roles (Category Manager, Business Manager, Consultant etc)
and willingness to take up an execution-heavy business ownership role as part of a high performing team
● Strong analytical skills - understanding data & dashboards; being adept at SQL, Excel & Google Sheets
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style
● Entrepreneurial mindset along with an ability to hustle and solve problems on-ground
● A strategic mindset, with a well-honed eye for detail
