Responsibilities :
· Spearhead the fund raising efforts for term loans and new initiatives, build good
relationship with global/domestic Private Equity funds/Banks.
· Leading the fund raising initiative of the Company to ensure clear visibility of
funds/credit limit for ensuring the AUM growth and Cash Flows.
· Playing a key role in stakeholder management (both internal & external) and includes
representing company to Institutional Investors, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies,
Trustees, Brokers/intermediaries.
· Manage pre and post disbursement activities and monitoring including legal sign-
offs.
· Develop extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, FI, FIIs and major local and
international Investment Banks for international & domestic debt funding.
· Helping in the process excellence of post disbursement compliances and quarterly
reportings.

Preferred Background:
- 2-3 years in BFSI, consulting, corporate and retail banking, program and stakeholder
management
- Education from a Tier 1, Tier 2 institutes (graduation or post-graduation)
- Prior experience of digital lending, business development
