About the role


As a Quality Analyst - Senior Executive at Navi, you will be instrumental in driving quality and process improvements within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer experience by performing regular audits, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions. Your role will involve identifying insights, conducting root cause analysis, and working closely with teams to enhance overall process excellence.



What would your role at Navi Look Like? 

-Perform regular call audits/side barging to assess and govern the quality of the process 

-Identify Insights and remedy errors for the customer experience 

-Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. 

-Conduct RCAs and gather learnings and implement process/product improvement 


What are some good skills for this role? 

● Work experience in process improvement, process excellence, and quality assurance 

● Handle difficult conversations and give constructive feedback to agents

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

● Strong computer knowledge e.g. Excel, word & powerpoint 

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills
