What would your role at Navi Look Like?
Perform regular call audits/side barging to assess and govern the quality of the process
Identify Insights and remedy errors for the customer experience
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Conduct RCAs and gather learnings and implement process/product improvement
What are some good skills for this role?
Work experience in process improvement, process excellence, and quality assurance
Handle difficult conversations and give constructive feedback to agents
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer knowledge e.g. Excel, word & powerpoint
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
