What does this role do?
● Perform Business Development/Strategic Alliance function for designated locations within the Home loan Business at NAVI.
● Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance Navi’s presence in the home loans market across the country, considering customer needs, leveraging industry trends and competitive landscape.
● This role entails establishing and nurturing long lasting strategic partnerships to enhance our wallet share while delivering seamless convenience & superior experience to the user.
● Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make data-driven recommendations and implement them for continuous improvement.
● Stay informed about regulatory changes in the home loans industry and ensure that our strategies align with compliance requirements.
● Address all customer queries and concerns with respect to the home loan product, company, and industry, delivering seamless convenience & superior experience to the user.
● Assist customers having a home loan offer on Navi App till the final disbursement of the loan and ensure a great customer experience
● Ensure that all relevant documents from both builder & customer are collected and submitted as per the standard operating procedure (SOP), ensuring compliance and process adherence.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as operations and tech team for smooth disbursement and with external stakeholders such as builders and channel partners to drive better conversions.
● Effectively balance time between office-based coordination and active presence at builder sites, especially in events and project launches to increase Navi’s brand visibility in the market.
● Engage with the internal business development team to help scale business with pre-approved real estate projects listed on the Navi App.
● Provide insights/feedback to internal teams such as Business, Product, Credit to drive existing or new products and improve our customer experience.
What are we looking for?
● 2 to 4 years of Business Development/Sales background & extremely good negotiation & convincing skills to navigate and influence key decisions during partnership development.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
● Business first thinking with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and cultivating impactful alliances.
● Proactive approach to problem-solving, and an ability to drive innovation in product and service offerings.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams within NAVI and thrive in a fast paced environment.
● Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results in a dynamic business environment as a self-starter.
● Flexible to intra and inter city travel.
