Job Summary:
As a Software Solution Engineer, You will work closely with the customer success team, engineering teams, and stakeholders(Business, Operation, Compliance) to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues promptly and effectively. You will be responsible for contributing to writing scripts and dashboard development which help the customer success team.
Responsibilities
Manage/enhance/build new script.
Debug on production application (built on microservices architecture using Springboot framework)
Write ad-hoc RDBMS-based queries to fulfill product asks.
Identify product gaps and take ownership of their resolution.
Be a part of the on-call structure to unblock operations whenever the need arises for it.
Should coordinate/facilitate troubleshooting and recovery of an e2e problem that spans multiple teams.
Follows coding standards/best practices while developing tools. Unblock team members when they are stuck.
Gets along with team members, contributes his opinions politely, ensures convergence to the right viewpoints, is willing to pitch in and help others, and collaborates across teams.
Proactively closes issues with required urgency, based on impact.
Contributes to on-call load reduction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in at least one of the scripting languages(Javascript/Python)
Hands-on experience in industry-level coding in at least one programming language. (Preferably Java).
Working knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, and Kibana.
Proficient with SQL queries for data querying and updating purposes.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with handling real-time issues in a production environment.
Able to easily adapt to changes and give 100% towards assigned tasks.
