Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit for entry and mid-level candidates;
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening and closure of candidates;
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies accordingly;
- Maintaining and providing recruitment reports to hiring managers.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2+ years of technology recruiting experience, hiring for junior to mid-level roles for product companies;
- Strong sourcing skills across engineering roles using various sourcing channels;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- High ownership levels.
