Location: Navi Head Office, Bengaluru


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale Navi's digital and direct-to-customer health insurance business.

  • Collaborate with central Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on strategic initiatives and drive execution - spanning across App, Social Media, Organic Content, third party website presence etc.

  • Lead strategic projects involving complex stakeholder management, in-depth customer research, analysis, and long-term planning.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and performance metrics across the health insurance business.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a Growth/ Marketing/ Business role.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact; critical thinker with problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering teams.
