The Marketing and Growth team at Navi drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns. They work cross-functionally with business, product, and analytics teams to expand the customer base and increase revenue. The team drives growth through targeted messaging, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, effective use of social media, impactful brand campaigns, and storytelling to build loyalty.
Customer Lifecycle Management across all the channels (PNs, Email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, In-app widgets) & touch points in the user's lifecycle to increase new user acquisition, engagement, cross sell new products & generate incremental revenue.
First principle framework for user acquisition and LTV maximization while maintaining user engagement & control fatigue. Back all recommendations with data.
Basic understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, Apple Ads), Affiliates etc
Identify key content/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns.
Run various A/B experiments to identify the best strategy & recommend overall portfolio optimisation.
Work with data science, analytics, product, engineering & business teams to drive new features & framework implementation.
Monitor and report campaign performance and key success metrics.
Maintain and publish dashboards/reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for templates, creatives, and business approvals.
4+ years experience across CLM, Mo-engage/Clevertap platforms, MMP, category management or marketing and growth roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & content.
Proven experience in marketing or with a track record of driving growth at scale;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact / ROI; critical thinker with problem solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Business, Analytics, Product, Tech etc.
Adaptability to navigate the evolving marketing landscape and explore new trends and technologies.
