Responsibilities :

  •  Lead one of the Analytics vertical in Strategy and Business Operations charter
    • Define and set key metrics for the vertical, and take ownership of achieving these goals
    • Identify opportunities of improvement in product & process flows through exploratory analysis
    • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on business goals and promote data-driven decision-making
    • Mentor junior analysts and help the analytics team enhance their skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and product strategy
    • Lead detailed data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities using advanced statistical methods
    • Design, conduct, and analyse A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of process changes, new product features and improvements
Desired Candidate Profile:
● 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Strategy/Business Operations.
● Proficient in Advance SQL and BI tools (Tableau)
● Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis
● Experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
● Strong Product Thinking , problem solving skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating.
Good to Have :
• Prior experience in implementing optimisation techniques
• Prior modelling experience in Python and some classification and/or regression technique
• Prior experience of understanding of lending/insurance/banking domain would be a plus
