What does this role do?
- Assist customers having home loan offers on Navi App till the final disbursement of the loan and ensure a great customer experience
- Co- ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain TAT and Quality
- Engage with business development team to help scale business with pre-approved real estate projects listed on the Navi APP
- Increase Navi’s wallet share by engaging with customers and developers;
- Participate in events, project launches to improve brand visibility;
- Coordinate with internal teams like Business, Product, collateral to create differential offerings;
- Take complete ownership of targets and individual P&L to meet short term and long-term objectives
What are we looking for?
- Relationship management/Sales operations background & extremely good negotiation & convincing skills.
- Analytical bent of mind, customer first approach and drawing insights from consumer behavior.
- Must have good communication (fluency in English mandatory);
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Flexible to intra city travel.
