Job Details
Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key investors across wealth, family offices, mutual funds, and institutional investors to raise funds through capital market
Develop and nurture relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable terms for term loans and other borrowing products like assignment, securitisation, co-lending partnerships etc
Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Management:
● Add new lenders/investors to the base and deepen relationships with the existing ones
● End-to-end ownership of deal execution across all borrowing products
● Structure and negotiate optimal terms with lenders/investors
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Business) for deal closure
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
● Monitor and optimize cost of funds
● Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential lenders
Strategic & Market Focus:
● Execute fundraising strategies aligned with business objectives and ALM requirements
● Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
● Provide regular market intelligence and recommend strategy modifications
● Align and maintain quarterly/annual funding plans
Team & Stakeholder Management:
● Mentor and develop team members (team responsibility may be assigned later)
● Drive collaboration across functions including business finance, accounting, legal, and secretarial
● Represent Navi Finserv professionally with external stakeholders
Must Haves
Post-graduate degree in Finance/MBA/CA
10+ years of total experience with 10 - 12 years in fundraising/treasury roles
Strong track record in NBFC/Banking sector
Demonstrated experience in executing large deals (including origination)
Deep understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC funding landscape
Expertise in investor presentations and pitch materials

Travel Requirement: Role requires extensive travel to Mumbai and other locations for relationship management and deal execution. The person will be based out of Bengaluru
