Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening, and closure of candidates.
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit for Entry & Mid-senior level candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Coach & mentor the team members and also involve in their performance management.
- Maintaining and providing recruitment/hiring reports.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of Non -Tech recruiting experience.
- Should have Bulk/Volume hiring experience.
- Excellent command on Excel/Google sheets and also should have good presentation skills.
- Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
- Good with report generation and creating dashboards.
- Strong sourcing skills across Non Tech roles using various sourcing channels.
- Familiarity with Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment & should have a high level of ownership.
