Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening, and closure of candidates.
  • Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit for Entry & Mid-senior level candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies accordingly. 
  • Coach & mentor the team members and also involve in their performance management.
  • Maintaining and providing recruitment/hiring reports. 

What we are looking for :


  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of Non -Tech recruiting experience.
  • Should have Bulk/Volume hiring experience.
  • Excellent command on Excel/Google sheets and also should have good presentation skills.
  • Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
  • Good with report generation and creating dashboards.
  • Strong sourcing skills across Non Tech roles using various sourcing channels.
  • Familiarity with Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment & should have a high level of ownership.
