1-3 years of experience in MBA Finance or a CA
Great analytical skills and fast learner
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Business Finance, FP&A, Consulting, role in corporates etc. preferred
Ability to understand key business drivers and its impact on the financial numbers
Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem
Strong Excel Modelling skills.
