Responsibilities :
Efficiently managing the account opening process, including Demat accounts, custody accounts, and collection accounts
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in the account opening procedures.
Administering daily cash flows for the fund house and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers. Calculation of scheme shortages and borrowing limits
Preparing daily incremental & final cash flow reports & ensuring banking activity is managed timely and accurately.
Timely and accurately handle trade management across various asset classes.
Ensure compliance with trade allocations, reporting, and settlements requirements.
Meet trade reporting deadlines on relevant platforms within stipulated time frames.
Maintain and perform reconciliations for all trade settlements.
Report trades to FA and Custody departments in a timely manner.
Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.
Serve as a point of contact for any trade settlement queries from Dealers and Fund Managers.
