Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently managing the account opening process, including Demat accounts, custody accounts, and collection accounts

  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in the account opening procedures.

  • Administering daily cash flows for the fund house and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers. Calculation of scheme shortages and borrowing limits

  •  Preparing daily incremental & final cash flow reports & ensuring banking activity is managed timely and accurately.

  • Timely and accurately handle trade management across various asset classes.

  • Ensure compliance with trade allocations, reporting, and settlements requirements.

  • Meet trade reporting deadlines on relevant platforms within stipulated time frames.

  • Maintain and perform reconciliations for all trade settlements.

  • Report trades to FA and Custody departments in a timely manner.

  • Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.

  • Serve as a point of contact for any trade settlement queries from Dealers and Fund Managers.
