About Tele Debt Management - Lending is currently the biggest vertical in Navi. One of the top areas of innovation which drives both growth and profitability in lending is our ability to collect most of the loans we have given out - something which is ensured by our Debt Management team. Within the Debt Management Team one of the crucial functions is Tele Debt Management. The Tele Debt Management is responsible for D30 Collections efficiency which is an important metric for a Lending company as it helps in managing credit risks, cash flow and allows the company to refine future underwriting criteria. Tele Debt Management is a team of hustlers who contact and negotiate with defaulted customers via phone to recover outstanding amounts. 



How would your role at Navi Look Like?

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a large-scale operation involving over 400+ team members and more than 100 individuals working indirectly(product and Engineering, Analytics and other support functions) , all dedicated to achieving the goal.

  • As the leader, you would be responsible for overseeing the overall Strategy and Operations of the Tele Debt Management. This includes setting goals, defining metrics for success, and devising strategies to achieve them.

  • Working closely with other departments such as Product and Engg, Analytics and HR for seamless operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
