Key Responsibilities: 

  • To work upon various types of health insurance products pricing, preparation of technical notes and working closely with the product and underwriting team on product design and market-research.

  • Design and define key matrix for tracking product performance and generating business insights.

  • Preparation of reports for annual valuations, financial condition reports, asset-liability report, economic capital and other actuarial projects.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for any IRDAI related requirements and queries.

  • To work towards bringing efficiency and maximum automation in various actuarial projects.


Key Requirements


Borrowing Management:

  • Prepare monthly MIS.

  • Prepare banking proposals for working capital and term loan facilities for the Business Team.

  • Maintaining Cashflow of Repayments to lenders

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationship and liaise with banks and financial institutions.

  • Manage external rating agencies for the group.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with RBI and regulations including, debt status reports, due diligence reports, and certification of financial covenants.

  • Timely monthly debt servicing, interest, and principal payments.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate title search reports with advocates.

  • Submit no default statements to credit rating agencies monthly.

  • Manage ROC compliances related to loan facilities and security.

  • Verify/confirm data at NESL portal at regular intervals.

  • Engage with auditors for timely completion of treasury audits.

  • Ensure quarterly ASM audit reports with auditors.

  • Roll out balance confirmation requests from all lenders at quarter end.

Additional Tasks:

  • Maintain records of various fees paid to banks during the year.

  • Ensure timely invoice payments for services availed from external parties.

  • Adhoc data requests from stakeholders.
