About The Role:
  • -Lead the BI vertical within analytics charter which includes building analytical data layer, monitoring the BI platform performance and enabling self serve for the entire org
  • -Enabling training and upskilling of the org to leverage the self serve layer to build reports and dashboards
  • -Understand decision making needs of different businesses like Lending, Investment and Payments
  • -Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up the sanity/accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for right decision making
  • -Define metrics through the business processes for clear measurability and to deep-dive into processes to identify areas of improvements
  • -Identify opportunities of improvement in product & process flows through exploratory analysis and Driving customer segmentation to come up with insights on customisation for various customer groups
  • -Define analytical frameworks to gain insights on correlations/causality
  • -Work with engineering & data platform team to drive data availability & reliability
  • -Monitor & highlight health of business by developing metric dashboards to track success & performance metrics for business functions

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Team management experience of at least 5+ members.
  • Experience on SQL, any BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, Looker, Quicksight etc)
  • Experience with data transformation layer like DBT and orchestration tool like airflow
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Startup mindset
  • Advanced understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
  • Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis

Good To Have:
  • Prior data modeling experience in R/Python and some classification and/or regression techniques
  • Prior experience with marketing platform such as moengage, clevertap, appsflyer would be a plus
  • Prior experience / understanding of lending/insurance/banking domain would be a plus
