Role Overview:
As a UI Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for building and enhancing web applications across Cash Loan, Home Loan, and Web portals. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain code quality.
Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in web development, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Excellent Computer Science fundamentals, functional programming, data structures and algorithms.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and converts larger fuzzy problems into actionable pieces.
Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks like React.js (preferred) or similar frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of TypeScript, Next JS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express.js) or cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
