Responsibilities :


• Scale the brand’s social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility,  engagement, and reach.

•  Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to the target audience.

• Participate in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence.

• Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.

• Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies.

• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach.

• Work with influencer agencies to create and manage campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.

• Create detailed briefs for influencers, ensuring content consistency and quality.


Key Skills Required :

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

• Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles.

• Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.

• Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
