Key responsibilities:
Focus on defining the commercial processes for the organization and lead its implementation
Focus on co-creating the Function’s strategy
Responsible for vendor relationships
Own the vendor database and ensure its accuracy
Working closely with Bus Fin on cost optimization opportunities
Reviews key negotiations
Work extensively with key stakeholders such as Business, Legal and Finance team to own end to end vendor management and procurement processes
Responsible for adding new pool of quality vendors through vendor review and market research
Working on establishing guard-rails with focus on governance
Lead automation projects within Commercial Function
Required Skills:
A self-starter and proactive individual who can interact with various stakeholders and influence people with no reporting relationship
High level of oral and written communication
Has an eye for detail
Good project management skills
High on integrity
Experience in procurement/ commercial function in a startup/ corporate of atleast 6 years
Experience in SaaS procurement is desirable though not mandatory
Working knowledge of Oracle is desirable though not mandatory
