Job Description:
- Translate high-level quarterly plans into granular sprint-level plans in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Managers, fostering close alignment with overall business objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, identifying interdependencies, orchestrating execution sequences, and partnering with peer TPMs to ensure the seamless flow of cross-program initiatives
- Engage in Scrum execution, serving as a liaison between the development teams and other stakeholders. Participate in daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and address any roadblocks
- Contribute to the design of streamlined processes for program initiation, tracking, and delivery, ensuring efficient and successful project execution.
- Identify, engage, and manage diverse stakeholders. Address concerns, incorporate feedback, and maintain transparent communication throughout project life cycles.
- Contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives, offering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in the development process
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; an MBA or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Development. At least 4 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs
- 3-7 years of overall experience in software industry
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with an eagerness to apply them in real-world scenarios
- Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, along with an MBA
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
- Proven history of on-time software delivery as part of collaborative teams.
