Job Description:


  • Translate high-level quarterly plans into granular sprint-level plans in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Managers, fostering close alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, identifying interdependencies, orchestrating execution sequences, and partnering with peer TPMs to ensure the seamless flow of cross-program initiatives
  • Engage in Scrum execution, serving as a liaison between the development teams and other stakeholders. Participate in daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and address any roadblocks
  • Contribute to the design of streamlined processes for program initiation, tracking, and delivery, ensuring efficient and successful project execution.
  • Identify, engage, and manage diverse stakeholders. Address concerns, incorporate feedback, and maintain transparent communication throughout project life cycles.
  • Contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives, offering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in the development process


Key requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; an MBA or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Development. At least 4 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs
  • 3-7 years of overall experience in software industry
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with an eagerness to apply them in real-world scenarios
  • Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


Preferred requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, along with an MBA
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Proven history of on-time software delivery as part of collaborative teams.
