Responsibilities :
● Define and set key metrics for the vertical, and take ownership of achieving these goals.
● Lead detailed data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities using advanced
statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
● Evaluate current product performance to identify opportunities for optimizing the funnel.
● Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on product goals and promote
data-driven decision-making.
● Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of product
features and improvements.
● Good to have - Strategies around user retention, monetisation and cross-sell.
● Mentor junior analysts and help the analytics team enhance their skills in data analysis,
visualization, and product strategy.
● Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure high standards of data management.
Key Skills Required :
● 2 -4 years of relevant experience in analytics.
● Proficient in Advance SQL and BI tools (Tableau)
● Strong product Thinking
● Strong problem solving
● Have past experience working with Product teams
● Strategic thinking
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
