Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies for the Group Health Insurance (employee benefits,
institutional partnerships) business to meet Navi’s growth objectives.
● Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
● Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
● Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and corporate accounts.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create customer-centric solutions.
● Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitors to refine strategies.
● Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights to leadership.
● Strengthen partnerships with brokers, channels, and intermediaries to enhance distribution.
