About this role:
This is a high impact role to drive scale-up of our lending business managed AUM. This role is Ideal for someone who is keen to work on 0-1 initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an end-to-end strategy for Co-lending business growth and drive execution.
- Funnel Improvement: Conduct in-depth monitoring of the business funnel, identify improvement areas, and drive execution.
- P&L Management: Consistently monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Own cross-functional 0-1 projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product/Tech, Finance, and Legal.
Required Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to hustle and solve problems on the ground.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, employing a collaborative management style.
- Analytical skills, including proficiency in understanding data and dashboards, good with numbers/ excel
Preferred Background:
- Education MBA from Tier 1 IIMs/ISB or IITs/CAs with decent experience
- Experience: 1-3 years in Tier 1 Management Consulting, growth stage start-ups, start-up founders
- Understanding of Fintech space in India would be an added advantage
