Job Responsibilities :
1. Closure of Quarterly/ Annual Statutory Audit (including liaising with auditors)
2. Preparation of Monthly premium data required for reserving
3. Preparation of Monthly Commission data for reporting
4. Closure of Monthly MIS within the defined timelines
5. Preparation of Reinsurance ceded details as per various treaties and ensuring settlement as per agreed timelines.
6. Preparation of IGAAP financials on Monthly basis
7. Automation of manual processes
8. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual regulatory submission to IRDAI.
9. Preparation of Quarterly Audit Committee and Board Decks
10. Coordination with Tax and Internal Audit team
Key Skills Required :
Qualified CA with 1+ year of work experience.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting and Ind-AS.
Strong problem solving & analytical skills to identify process gaps and risks.
Should be able to handle various audits and collaborate across teams to ensure timely closure.
High ownership mindset with adaptability to changing regulatory compliances.
