Key responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive test plans for new features, bug fixes, and existing functionalities of our internal products.
Execute test cases across all levels of testing (unit, integration, system, regression) to identify and report defects in internal tools and systems.
Analyze test results, document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracking system, and collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
Giving extreme attention to details and ensuring to test from an end users’ perspective.
Provide actionable feedback to developers and stakeholders on bug severity and potential impact on internal operations.
Constantly improve the test cases and testing methodology to improve the overall quality of the application.
Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and best practices, focusing on internal testing specificities.
Maintain accurate and detailed test case documentation for internal products.
Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal QA processes and workflows.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manual testing, preferably with internal product testing experience.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly for internal product development.
Experience with test case design, execution, and reporting tools relevant to internal testing (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Confluence).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on internal team collaboration.
