Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing HR processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights, fostering a collaborative approach to process improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, demonstrating a proactive approach to project management.
  • Design and implement streamlined and standardized HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and change management processes.
  • Create detailed documentation of HR processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop training materials and conduct informative sessions for HR staff and relevant stakeholders on new processes.
  • Communicate changes effectively to ensure a seamless transition and understanding across the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Stay abreast of HR industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements, and implement controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
What we are looking for 

  • MBA / PGDBM  (Preferably in Human Resources)
  • Preferred Additional Qualification: PMP Certified / Certified Six Sigma (Green Belt and Above) / Certified Scrum Master 
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of HR
  • Strong Analytical Skills:  Ability to analyze data, think logically, and comfortable working with numbers and statistics
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Maturity and Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflict resolution and engage in tough conversations.
  • High Integrity and Ownership: Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and address unstructured problem statements confidently.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and google sheet
