Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic internal communication plans that effectively convey key messages, promote transparency, and engage employees in Navi Technologies' vision, mission, and values.

  • Develop initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture. This includes organizing town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, and internal events that promote open dialogue and collaboration.

  • Oversee and optimize various communication channels and ensure these channels are engaging, user-friendly, and provide timely and relevant information to employees.

  • Develop engaging and impactful internal communication materials, including articles, videos, presentations, and other multimedia assets. Craft messages that resonate with employees and effectively convey Navi’s strategic initiatives, milestones, and updates.

  • Ensure internal communication efforts are coordinated and aligned with broader organizational objectives.

  • Provide guidance on internal communication best practices and support other departments' communication needs.

  • Interact regularly with employees to gather insights and use them to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Up to 5 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for different audiences and channels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software. Intermediate knowledge of design tools is an added advantage.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
