Role : Associate Manager, Control Tower
Team - Strategy & Business Operations (SBO)
Background - Consistent high achievement in academics and work (top 0.1%) with experience of up to 3 years

About Control Tower - Control Tower in SBO is a critical vertical which drives real-time tracking of key metrics, flagging and solutioning of anomalies and drives strategic initiatives across different verticals of SBO - debt management, claims, customer services and operations.

Role Description -
- Data Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting:
- Identify key business drivers and establish L0, L1 and L2 metrics
- Set up dashboards for real-time tracking of metrics and build an automated alerting mechanism for respective businesses
- Drive solutioning of anomalies to ensure input effort metrics and output performance metrics are in sync with business objectives
- Root-cause improvement areas and drive long-term solutions
- Independently deep dive into data and collaborate with stakeholders to identify high impact initiatives
- Drive implementation of initiatives / programs
- Stakeholder management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the metrics are in sync with with business objectives
- Work with several stakeholders to continuously identify levers to grow L0 and L1 metrics of business

Key Skills Needed
● Entrepreneurial mind-set along with an ability to hustle and solve problems on-ground
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style
● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Being adept at Excel is mandatory. Experience in SQL is mandatory
● High ownership skills and a bias for action
