What does this role do?

  • Assist customers having home loan offers on Navi App till the final disbursement of the loan and ensure a great customer experience
  • Co- ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain TAT and Quality
  • Engage with business development team to help scale business with pre-approved real estate projects listed on the Navi APP
  • Increase Navi’s wallet share by engaging with customers and developers;
  • Participate in events, project launches to improve brand visibility;
  • Coordinate with internal teams like Business, Product, collateral to create differential offerings;
  • Take complete ownership of targets and individual P&L to meet short term and long-term objectives

What are we looking for?
  • Relationship management/Sales operations background & extremely good negotiation & convincing skills.
  • Analytical bent of mind, customer first approach and drawing insights from consumer behavior.
  • Must have good communication (fluency in English mandatory);
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills;
  • Flexible to intra city travel.
