Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Payment Experience including monitoring payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Daily Recon of Bank Account transactions
  • Reconciliations of debit transactions with bank statements and internal systems and follow up with banks and internal stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation of collections transactions with PG statements (Razor pay and Cash free) bank statement and internal system and follow up with banks and internal stakeholders in case of discrepancy.
  • Solving payment issues of customers with internal (Product and Tech Team) and external stakeholders (PG and Banks)
  • Monitor 24*7 payment success rates across banks, payment gateways and partners and continually improve the same through operational initiatives.
  • Ad hoc Requests with regards to the overall Banking operations of the institute.
  • Account Opening and API setup for the various Business requirements.
  • Coordinating with banks, auditors and other stakeholders involved in the payment process.
  • Audit of Bank Account transactions.
