Responsibilities:

● Oversee the issuance of new group policies, including employee benefits and institutional

partnerships, ensuring compliance with company standards and data accuracy.

● Manage member enrollments and handle policy changes to maintain seamless operations

and service delivery.

● Maintain accurate records for policy issuance and endorsements to ensure proper

documentation.

● Ensure SLA compliance for key processes, meeting deadlines and service commitments

consistently.

● Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while supporting sales by

addressing service requests for different accounts.

● Track and assess team performance, providing feedback and promoting continuous

improvement.

● Lead, mentor, and motivate the team through training to ensure high-quality service and a

results-driven culture.

● Enhance group health insurance offerings by understanding client needs, tracking market

trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to optimize operational processes and

refine service delivery.


Key Skills Required:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Health Insurance or a similar field, with in-depth

knowledge of policy issuance, member enrollment, and claims processing.

● Excellent skills in execution, communication, and collaboration to drive operational excellence.

● Strong analytical and strategic mindset to improve processes and optimize performance.

● Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving shared

objectives.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines

and adapting to changing demands.
