Responsibilities :
Ensure all the Investor queries raised to AMC operations are handled seamlessly.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively within TAT.
Ensure Distributor Queries are handled within the TAT.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal/external departments to ensure seamless execution of Investor transactions/queries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all Investor services activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.
