About the role  :

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a critical role in supporting the CHRO in strategic planning, decision-making, and operational management within the Human Resources (HR) department. You will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the CHRO and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective communication, and seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve HR goals.


What You'll Do & Achieve


  • Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
    - Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    - Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
    - Provide insightful recommendations to the CHRO on key initiatives, organizational priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Operational Management and Oversight:
    - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to policies and procedures, and timely resolution of issues.
    - Monitor key performance metrics and operational KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.
    - Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives that require HR involvement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the CHRO, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR team members, and external partners.
    - Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, fostering strong relationships and promoting a culture of teamwork and transparency.
    - Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on behalf of the CHRO, effectively conveying key messages and strategic priorities.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives:
    Lead or support special projects, strategic initiatives, and change management efforts as directed by the CHRO, driving implementation and ensuring successful outcomes.
    - Manage complex, high-priority assignments with a focus on quality, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
    - Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them, mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities for success.


What are we looking for


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning, project management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, able to anticipate future needs, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to address challenges.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
