About the Role:
Navi is looking for a category manager for it’s recharges and bill payments business as the end to end owner for the category, owning growth, PnL, customer experience as well as supply relationships & business operations for the category.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow Navi’s recharges and bill payments business, (RCBP) which is already a 600Cr+ monthly GMV business currently
  • Own the PnL, monthly growth planning as well as execution along with the product and marketing teams, enabling 10x scale growth in the category in 2025.
  • Own the vendor relationships with COUs, as well as BBPS/ NPCI compliance
  • Launch & scale new sub-categories under RCBP, & own the rewards budget allocation within the RCBP budget to gain market share as well as achieve retention & ATS goals, both overall as well as for the focus sub-categories.

    Eligibility:
  • 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in growth stage consumer startups across high frequency digital business categories.
  • Experience in consumer payments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in growth teams of consumer internet products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strongly analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management skills, as well as customer-first thinking.
